The Commercial Department provides all the legal advice and services needed by small and medium sized businesses. This is not just advising on major transactions but it also means being available to provide a legal input into, and guide you through, more day to day issues. Please treat us as part of your management team.

Our objective is that we should get to know and understand your business so that we can then provide relevant advice through an approach under which your "lead partner" retains that knowledge and oversight of your business affairs and provides a high degree of continuity even when it is in your interests for you to deal with another specialist lawyer within the firm.

We understand that it is individuals who own and control most small and medium sized businesses and for them there is no logical distinction between personal and business wealth. For that reason our aim is to provide high quality commercial legal advice whilst alongside the firms very experienced Private Client Department provides key personal advice on tax and tax planning
