Philippa Rudd

Principal (Partner)

Philippa is a Principal solicitor and head of our residential property conveyancing department.

Philippa specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing with a particular focus on high value work. She speaks French, German and Spanish fluently, having studied these languages at university before studying law.

Educated in Norfolk, Philippa undertook her legal training with Simmons & Simmons in the City of London, which included a period of six months in their Brussels office. On qualifying as a solicitor, Philippa worked for an international law firm in London for two years before joining Cozens-Hardy (then Cozens-Hardy & Jewson) in 1991. Philippa became a partner in 1997 and has headed up the firm’s conveyancing department since then. Philippa has been writing a popular legal advice column in England’s best-selling regional morning newspaper, the Eastern Daily Press, for the past eight years.
