Principal & Head of the Residential Property Department. Philippa was educated in Norfolk. After graduating from university she trained with a large London firm, joining Cozens-Hardy in 1991. Philippa specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing with a particular focus on high value work.

Interests

"I love marathon running, although my colleagues all think I'm mad! I'm also mum to three very lovely boys, so family time is really important to me. Dislikes would have to be traffic jams, red lights and queues."
