Duncan grew up in Norfolk and Suffolk. He gained his Law degree from Birmingham University and then studied for the Legal Practice Course at Bristol. After training as a Solicitor in Ipswich he became a Partner in a law firm in Felixstowe. Duncan has acted on behalf of numerous insurance companies, trade unions and membership-based organisations throughout his legal career. He joined the firm in November 2007 and specialises in Employment Law, Property Disputes, Landlord & Tenant and Building/Construction Disputes.
