Discrimination

You can bring a claim for discrimination if you have suffered detriment at work or on occasions while trying to buy goods or gain access to sevices because of your:-

Sex

Race

Disability

Beliefs

Sexual orientation

Your age

For example, if you feel that your training opportunities at work are more limited than your able bodied colleagues because you have a disability, then you may have grounds for a claim.

In addition, if you have suffered harassment at work, particularly if it is related to one of the above grounds, you may have a discrimination claim.
