Paige George (F.Inst.Pa)

Executive

Paige is an Executive in our private client department, having joined Cozens-Hardy LLP in 2012. Paige is a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and also an Affiliate STEP member currently working towards achieving TEP status.

With a passion for private client law, Paige always makes clients her priority; she has a very personable approach and likes to make her clients feel relaxed and at ease when dealing with their personal affairs. 

Paige specialises in drafting simple and complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and probate applications; she also advises on later life planning. 

Paige is a committee member for NewGen, a group that promotes professional women in Norwich and Norfolk. Outside of work, Paige enjoys being OPEN Youth Trust’s Business Ambassador and getting involved in the local community.

Paige is proud to have been shortlisted in the category of Paralegal of the Year in the National Paralegal Awards 2019.

Areas of Expertise
  • Drafting simple and complex Wills (incorporating trusts)

  • Advising on Powers of Attorney (includes Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and s.10 General Powers of Attorney)

  • Advising clients on Deputyship Orders and drafting applications to the Court of Protection; providing an aftercare service to clients once the Order has been issued.

  • Dealing with estate administration and probate work

  • Advising on estate planning both through Wills and during one’s lifetime

  • Trust administration
