Claire Neson

Claire is a Principal solicitor in our private client department.

Claire  joined the firm as a trainee following the completion of her Legal Practice Course in London. She has extensive experience in drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and dealing with the administration of Estates. Claire also deals with Declarations of Trust, Inheritance Tax planning and has experience in re-sealing foreign Grants of Probate. 

Claire studied law at the University of East Anglia, where she was a mentor for international students and acted as a volunteer for the University’s award-winning Nightline service. In her spare time, Claire enjoys baking and is a volunteer baker for the Norwich branch of Free Cakes for Kids.

Claire is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
